Teller, Part Time

Under general supervision, provides prompt, efficient and friendly service involving receipt and payment of cash to customers. Supports the bank’s sales objectives and acknowledges customer needs by referring the bank’s products and services. Identifies cross selling opportunities for referral to appropriate Personal Banker or other Bank Officer.


Prior cash handling and customer service experience. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and supervisors; demonstrated telephone etiquette. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by exhibiting courtesy, tact and patience in order to facilitate positive relationships with customers and co-workers. Ability to focus on accuracy, attention to detail, alertness and good judgment. Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Basic keyboard skills required. High School diploma or equivalent.
