FNB Bancorp Appoints Sara Watson as VP/Manager of Half Moon Bay, Calif., Office

South San Francisco, CA: 6/25/2007:

FNB Bancorp (Bulletin Board FNBG), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sara Watson as manager and vice president of the Half Moon Bay, Calif., branch effective July 1.

Watson has been a banker for 28 years and a manager for 13 years. Most recently, she has managed the South San Francisco branch with $39 million in assets.

“We are extremely fortunate to have Sara working with us,” said Tom McGraw, chief executive officer of First National Bank of Northern California. “She is a very successful community banker, having managed branches as large as $140 million during her career and having served on numerous community organization boards. Sara worked in Half Moon Bay for seven years so she knows the community very well. Most importantly, she is a great person.”
