FNB Bancorp Declares 1st Quarter Dividend 2008

South San Francisco, CA: 1/9/2008:

South San Francisco, CA: January 9, 2008: FNB Bancorp (Bulletin Board FNBG.OB), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $445,914.15. The dividend is payable on February 15, 2008 to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2008.
