Benefits

Medical Insurance
Coverage is available to all full-time employees and their qualified dependents after completion of 90 days of employment. Employees may select one of various medical plans offered.
Dental Insurance
Coverage is available to all full-time employees and their qualified dependents after completion of 90 days of employment.
Vision Insurance
Coverage is offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP) to all full time employees and their qualified dependents after completion of 90 days of employment.
Life Insurance
Basic coverage is free to full-time employees. A buy up group coverage is available.
Long - Term Disability
This benefit is provided to full-time employees at no cost. The employee is covered, after 90 calendar days of disability, for up to 50% of monthly base salary to a maximum of $1,000.00 per month.
Long - Term Care
This insurance protects against the high cost of extended illness or injury. A basic plan is paid fully by the Bank. Optional enhancements, at employee cost, are also available.
Reimbursement Accounts (Health/Dependent care)
These accounts enable employees to use pre-tax earnings to pay for certain non-reimbursed medical care and day care provider expenses for dependent qualified family members who require care when the employee is at work.

Personal Time
One or two personal days, depending on date of hire, per year are available to full time employees.
Sick Pay
FNBNC provides paid sick leave benefits to all regular full-time eligible employees for periods of temporary absence due to illness, injuries or medical appointments.
Jury Duty
All employees may request up to two weeks of paid jury duty over any one-year period.
Voting Time Off
FNBNC grants up to two hours of paid time off to vote to employees who are unable to vote in a statewide election during non-working hours.
Bereavement Leave
FNBNC grants paid bereavement leave to all employees due to the death of a immediate family members.
Family Medical Leave
Eligible employees may be entitled to up to 12 weeks of unpaid Family Medical Leave.
Pregnancy Disability Leave
Employees who are pregnant are provided with up to four months of unpaid pregnancy leave. Length of leave of absence is dependent on the employee's medical disability that is attributed to the pregnancy and related medical conditions.

Voluntary Legal Service Plan designed to give FNBNC employees and their families access to legal services.
Profit Sharing
FNBNC offers an employer-sponsored Profit Sharing plan. Contributions are solely paid by FNBNC and are based on company profits and the employee's total compensation.
